ADHD Evaluations

ADHD can affect many areas of daily life, including attention, organization, focus, relationships, work, school, and emotional regulation. Our ADHD evaluations are designed to provide a thorough understanding of your symptoms and experiences to determine whether ADHD may be contributing to the challenges you're facing.

As part of a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, we assess attention, executive functioning, symptom history, and how symptoms impact your day-to-day life. Our goal is to provide clarity, answer your questions, and help you move forward with a personalized treatment plan tailored to your individual needs.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy provides a supportive and confidential space to explore thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and life experiences. Through therapy, individuals can develop healthier coping skills, strengthen relationships, improve emotional well-being, and work through personal challenges.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, or other concerns, psychotherapy can help you gain insight, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. Our goal is to support you in developing practical tools that enhance both daily functioning and overall quality of life.

Medication Management

Medication can be an important part of treatment, but every individual responds differently. Our medication management services focus on finding the right approach for your unique needs while carefully monitoring effectiveness, side effects, and overall progress.

Through ongoing follow-up appointments, we work collaboratively with you to make adjustments when necessary and ensure your treatment continues to align with your goals. Our focus is on helping you achieve symptom improvement, better daily functioning, and long-term mental wellness.

Telehealth Appointments

Accessing mental health care should be convenient and flexible. Our secure telehealth services allow patients throughout Oregon to connect with their provider from the comfort and privacy of their own home.

Telehealth appointments offer the same personalized, high-quality psychiatric care as in-person visits while eliminating travel time and increasing accessibility. Whether you're balancing a busy schedule or live outside the Bend area, virtual appointments provide a convenient way to stay connected to your treatment and ongoing support.

Psychiatric Evaluations

Your mental health journey begins with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation designed to help us understand your unique experiences, symptoms, concerns, and goals. During this appointment, your provider will review your mental health history, medical history, current symptoms, previous treatments, and lifestyle factors to develop a complete picture of your overall well-being.

We believe effective treatment starts with understanding the whole person—not just their symptoms or diagnosis. This evaluation provides an opportunity to discuss what brings you to care, ask questions, and explore potential treatment options. Together, we'll identify the next steps and create a foundation for personalized, evidence-based care.

Treatment Planning

Mental health treatment is not one-size-fits-all. We take the time to understand your symptoms, experiences, strengths, and goals before developing a treatment plan tailored specifically to you.

Your personalized treatment plan may include medication management, psychotherapy, lifestyle recommendations, supplements, additional assessments, or other supportive interventions. By taking a collaborative approach, we help ensure your care evolves alongside your needs and supports your long-term well-being.

How Do I Schedule a Phone Call with My Provider?

If you need to speak with your provider, we are happy to help coordinate a scheduled phone call. To ensure we provide the highest quality of care, all phone calls must be arranged in advance through our office. While we make every effort to accommodate requests promptly, same-day phone calls cannot be guaranteed.

Phone calls may be used to discuss medication questions, treatment updates, or other aspects of your care. Please note that phone calls involving medical decision-making, treatment recommendations, or chart review are not billable to insurance and may be subject to a fee.

If your provider needs to review your chart, provide clinical recommendations, or engage in medical decision-making during the call, a charge of $75 per 15-minute increment will apply.

To schedule a phone call, please contact our office, and our staff will work with you to coordinate a time that is convenient for both you and your provider.

Late Arrivals, No-shows, and Late Cancellations

To help ensure timely access to care for all patients, we maintain a policy regarding missed appointments. A $100 fee will be charged for no-shows and appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice.

If your appointment is scheduled for a Monday, cancellation requests must be submitted over the weekend through the patient portal or by leaving a voicemail. Calling on Monday to cancel a Monday appointment will be considered a late cancellation and will result in the $100 fee.

Patients who arrive more than 10 minutes late for a 25-minute appointment or more than 15 minutes late for a 50-minute appointment may be unable to be seen and will be considered a no-show. In these situations, the $100 fee will apply, and the appointment will need to be rescheduled.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies help us respect everyone's time, maintain access to care, and ensure appointment availability for all patients.
