our services

what we offer

medication management

We are committed to ensuring that medication regimens are carefully tailored to each individual's specific needs. With careful attention to detail, we monitor and adjust dosages as necessary and continuously evaluate the effectiveness of medications in alleviating symptoms and improving overall functionality. Many times, we may not start our treatment with medications and patients should not expect a prescription to be given after our first meeting.

psychiatric evaluations

We pride ourselves on our commitment to providing comprehensive evaluations that are designed to assess and diagnose mental health conditions. Our evaluation process serves as the stepping stone for determining appropriate treatment plans, which may include medication management, psychotherapy, or other interventions.

psychotherapy

We offer psychotherapy to assist you in gaining a deeper understanding of your feelings and provide you with the necessary tools to effectively navigate your challenges. This therapeutic approach has proven to be extremely beneficial for individuals dealing with virtually any mental health condition.

Mental health is not a destination, but a process. It’s about how you drive, not where you’re going.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my insurance cover my visits?

Most insurance companies cover mental health treatment but do require a co-payment. It is important to note that although these insurance companies cover mental health office visits, their coverage may be limited and come with certain restrictions.

We currently accept:

  • Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Pacific Source, Providence, Regence, Moda*

We recommend that you call your insurance company and verify your benefits since insurance companies have specific health plans and may have different requirements and levels of coverage. If your insurance is not listed above, we are not in-network with that particular plan. However, we can provide a superbill or invoice for you to submit to your insurance for out-of-network reimbursement.

What if I don’t have insurance?

For a patient that does not have insurance or we are out of network with their insurance we do have a cash pay rate of

  • Initial Comprehensive Psychiatric Evaluation (90 minutes) - $500

  • Medication Management with Psychotherapy (50 minutes) - $425

  • Medication Management only (25 minutes) $295

I need a phone call from my provider. What do I do?

We are delighted to assist you by making a phone call. However, it is essential to note that all phone calls must be scheduled in advance. We strive to accommodate your requests in a timely manner, but we cannot guarantee a same-day phone call.
Please be aware that phone calls cannot be billed to insurance. If your phone call involves medical decision-making, please understand that there will be a charge associated with it.

  • $75 for every 15 minutes

Late Arrivals, No-shows, and Late Cancellations

A flat fee of $100 will be charged in the case of a no-show or late cancellation (canceling an appointment with less than 24 hours notice). If your appointment is on a Monday and you need to cancel, please message your provider through the portal or leave a detailed message over the weekend. If you call on Monday to cancel your appointment, you will be charged.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for a 25-minute appointment, or more than 15 minutes late for a 50-minute appointment, this is equivalent to a no-show. Consequently, you will be assessed the same $100 fee and asked to reschedule.

Thank you for considering our services. Currently, we are not accepting new patients as we are focused on providing the best care for our existing ones. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
